    This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that we collect from U&I Ventures employees, contractors, or job candidates. Such information is subject to separate privacy policies.

    Personal information you may provide to us through the Website or otherwise includes:

    • Government-issued identification numbers, such as a national identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, tax identification number, passport number), state or local identification number (e.g., driver’s license or state ID number), and images of relevant identification cards.

    • Transaction information, such as information about contributions from and distributions to you.

    • Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications and details about how you engage with our communications.

    • Communications data, including information in your communications with us when you contact us through the Website, social media, events, or otherwise.

    • Event registration data, including information you provide when you register for or attend in-person or online events that we host or co-host, including dietary restrictions and other information.

  • This Jobs & Candidates Privacy Policy (“Candidate Privacy Policy”) describes how U&I Ventures (“U&I Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information about job applicants, candidates, and individuals who communicate with us about career opportunities (collectively, “Candidates”).

    This Candidate Privacy Policy applies to Candidates who are residents of California and supplements our general Privacy Policy to the extent required by applicable law.

    • complying with legal obligations and resolving disputes.

    Retention periods may vary depending on the role, hiring outcome, and legal requirements.
