As software architectures become increasingly complex, engineering teams spend enormous time triaging alerts, investigating incidents, coordinating response efforts, and managing operational knowledge spread across dozens of tools. Autoheal is building an AI-first production engineering platform that helps enterprises automate these workflows through a continuously updated Production Context Graph and a system of specialized AI agents.

The platform connects infrastructure, code repositories, observability systems, cloud environments, and organizational knowledge into a unified operational model. This enables Autoheal's AI agents to investigate incidents, identify root causes, recommend remediation steps, orchestrate response workflows, and generate postmortems—all while maintaining the governance and auditability required by large enterprises.

We were particularly impressed by the team's deep experience building developer and infrastructure products at Harness and ThoughtSpot, as well as their vision for bringing autonomous workflows to one of the most operationally intensive areas of enterprise software.
